Quest Defense Systems & Solutions is seeking a self-motivated and growth-oriented IT Support Technician. The successful team member plays a foundational role in maintaining a reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology environment for Quest Defense employees. This position provides Tier 1 technical support, prepares and deploys hardware, and ensures smooth onboarding experiences for new team members. The technician will work closely with a collaborative IT team, gain exposure to advanced technologies, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen the organization’s technology backbone. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, grow, and build hands-on experience across systems, hardware, and infrastructure. Due to the nature of this work, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens. This role is hybrid, and all candidates must be located in Cincinnati, OH, or Minneapolis, MN.
