About The Position

We're looking for a dependable IT Support Technician to provide technical support for employees across our Chattanooga-area offices, warehouse locations, and remote workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and building their IT career in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and user support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training, associate degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Previous IT help desk or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support in person, remotely, and by phone/email.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, email access, and password resets.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment deployment.
  • Support mobile devices, warehouse technology, and business applications.
  • Document support requests and resolutions.
  • Travel between local company locations as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues and assist with IT projects when appropriate.
