About The Position
A.T. Still University's is seeking an non-exempt IT Support Technician on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
Requirements
- A broad-range of computer and software knowledge.
- Logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to impart a composed attitude to the ATSU computing community.
- Ability to prioritize time and work well with multiple personalities, age groups, and skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Act as level 1 response to University computing problems/needs or determine need for escalation of service.
- Provide technical support to the end-user.
- Provide necessary installation and troubleshooting of computers, computer software, and peripherals.
- Assist with record keeping pertaining to the University’s computer environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
