Requirements

• Windows and macOS desktop support experience
• Active Directory and account management experience
• Office 365 and G-Suite support experience
• Network and hardware troubleshooting experience
• VPN and access support experience
• Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
• Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
• Troubleshoot and support mobile solutions
• Maintain and support standard and custom system images
• Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
• Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
