About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an IT Support Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of IT deskside support experience. Must have experience with Windows 10/11, printer support, hardware/software support, staging, mobile device management and VMWare. The role involves leading IT deskside activities to support all employees at the client location, including supporting systems in a Manufacturing Infrastructure environment. This infrastructure includes VMWare VMs running Windows operating systems, Windows physical machines, SANs, and backup storage devices supporting SQL Server, IIS, Rockwell Factory Talk, and other systems. Responsibilities include executing quarterly patch cycles, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, staging and configuring IT assets, managing IT asset inventory, and collaborating with a global IT support team. The position requires comfort working in a manufacturing environment, which includes both office and shop floor areas (requiring PPE).

Requirements

• Windows 10/11 Operating System - 3+ years
• O365 (Excel, Outlook Word) - 3+ years
• Strong troubleshooting experience
• Hardware/software support, printer support, staging, assist users with software installations, lite server support - 3+ years
• OT support - shop floor laptop/desktop configuration
• Ticketing system and asset management. Ex. ServiceNow - 2+ years

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree from accredited organization
• Rockwell Factory Talk knowledge
• Comfortable working in a shop floor environment that is not climate controlled

Responsibilities

• Lead IT deskside activities to support all employees at the client location
• Support the systems running in the Manufacturing Infrastructure environment. This infrastructure is comprised of VMWare VM’s running Windows operating systems, Windows physical machines, SAN’s, and backup storage devices and supports running SQL Server, IIS, Rockwell Factory Talk, and other systems
• Execute quarterly patch cycle and other periodic security updates
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10 and 11), network, mobile devices and a range of software applications
• Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets. (e.g., personal computers and mobile phones)
• Manage the inventory of IT assets
• Work across a global IT support team to share information and best practices
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment - combination office environment (climate controlled) and shop floor (not climate controlled, requiring PPE -provided by company)
