Datadog's Enterprise IT organization is seeking IT support interns to join the team responsible for managing internal tools, systems, and services that ensure Datadog runs smoothly. As an intern, you will work alongside IT professionals to troubleshoot issues, support employee onboarding and offboarding, manage SaaS applications, and help maintain the infrastructure internal teams rely on daily. This involves providing excellent customer service to employees and supporting thousands of endpoint devices such as macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, and Windows, as well as SaaS solutions like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jamf. The Enterprise IT Support team manages the hardware and software used by Datadog employees globally. Over the course of the internship, you will combine theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience, progressively taking on more responsibilities to support the ever-growing user base.
