IT Support Intern (Seasonal)
About The Position
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary, part-time position to support the IT team with various large-scale mobility and security projects. This role involves hands-on support for migrating approximately 2300 mobile devices from Ivanti MobileIron to Microsoft InTune. The intern will participate in receiving, configuring, and deploying 250 handheld scanners and may assist in the creation of IT asset records. Responsibilities also include assisting coworkers with enrolling Apple mobiles (iPhones/iPads) and some Android phones and handheld scanners in Microsoft InTune, providing end-user support and troubleshooting for smooth and timely deployment, and helping with Microsoft Authenticator registration. The position requires providing top-quality customer service and working collaboratively with the team on various projects.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent communication skills

- Able to work up to 28 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for the migration of approximately 2300 mobile devices from Ivanti MobileIron to Microsoft InTune
- Participate in receiving, configuring, and deploying of 250 handheld scanners
- May assist in the creation of IT asset records
- Assist coworkers with the process of enrolling mainly Apple mobiles (iPhones/iPads), and some Android phones and handheld scanners in Microsoft InTune
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and timely deployment
- Assist coworkers with completing registration for Microsoft Authenticator
- Provide top quality customer service
- Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
- Other duties as assigned
