  • Respond to employee requests through approved communication channels and the ticketing system with timely updates, professional communication, and clear next steps.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes where possible, and document the actions taken and outcomes reached.

  • Protect confidential information and follow established authorization and least-privilege requirements when handling employee access.
  • Prepare, configure, deploy, support, recover, and assist with the replacement of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
  • Support device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, compliance, remote support, and other endpoint-management activities.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, peripheral, assignment, and device-lifecycle records.
  • Assist with inventory reviews and help identify missing, aging, damaged, or unsupported equipment.
  • Support nearby offices, jobsites, and subsidiary locations as needed, including occasional onsite visits for setup, troubleshooting, inventory, or employee assistance.
  • Follow company security procedures when handling accounts, devices, data, software, remote-support sessions, and employee requests.
  • Recognize suspicious activity, phishing attempts, access concerns, and other potential security issues and escalate them promptly.

  • Provide basic employee guidance and training on approved technology tools, company procedures, cybersecurity expectations, and available self-service resources.
  • Identify recurring support needs, process gaps, and common sources of confusion and recommend practical improvements.
