Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or administration role.
• Strong technical proficiency with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Mac environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
• Understanding of digital environments and their reliance on robust IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective user support and technical explanations.
• A strong commitment to data security and system integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

• A working knowledge of video editing systems is a plus
• Experience with VOIP systems (Avaya) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage computer systems/software (desktops, laptops, and servers) and provide end-user support
• Maintain and manage the company’s IP network and oversee network security policies
• Integrate and maintain computer equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Perform software upgrades and file backups on the network daily, weekly, or monthly
• Solve IT problems promptly
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support through phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with documentation of IT setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
