About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining Radformation’s internal infrastructure and cybersecurity posture as we continue to grow. You will help establish and maintain IT controls, support internal teams with hardware and software needs, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires across the organization. You will work closely with senior technical staff to implement scalable, secure IT systems that support both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
  • LDAP, Active Directory, or Google Admin user administration experience
  • Networking configuration, administration, and management
  • VPN administration experience
  • Scripting skills with PowerShell, Linux bash, or Windows BAT
  • Windows and Linux systems administration
  • Server patching and hardware maintenance experience
  • Equipment tracking and asset management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting teams in Radiation Oncology or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking equipment
  • Experience with WireGuard VPN
  • Experience with Synology NAS
  • CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or CASP+ certification
  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • ISC2 or ISACA (CISA) knowledge or certification

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior technical staff to define and implement IT controls, software, and processes that meet cybersecurity requirements
  • Take technical ownership of internal networks and VPNs, including network topology, domains, firewalls, and infrastructure maintenance
  • Create and enforce policy documents around passwords, device management, and regulatory requirements
  • Patch and maintain employee computers and Radformation servers
  • Manage accounts, groups, and SSO integrations across platforms
  • Own system backup processes and perform restores as needed
  • Define, set up, and maintain server infrastructure and Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices
  • Partner with leadership on infrastructure projects that help scale the business
  • Order equipment and maintain inventory tracking
  • Create and manage user accounts across internal tools
  • Support onboarding by setting up new employee hardware and systems
  • Maintain remote testing/development boxes
  • Troubleshoot internal IT issues for team members
  • Travel onsite as needed to support office and server operations
