We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to serve as the "front line" of technical support for our US team. This pivotal role requires a heavy focus on macOS devices and essential SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Jira. You will be responsible for maintaining end-user workstations, network integrity, and security, ensuring seamless IT function across the US. As the go-to technical resource, you'll balance day-to-day troubleshooting and ticket resolution with the implementation of scalable processes necessary to support Fullpath's rapid growth.
