The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the daily management of the ORAFOL Americas Information Systems. This position is the primary contact for general technology and user support for onsite and remote users. The IT Support Specialist will perform all aspects of computer and software installations, moves, migrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, maintaining and supporting PCs, cell phones and laptops. The position has significant interaction with software and hardware vendors and consultants as well as the entire local user base. The IT Support Specialist seeks to keep things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis while at the same time improving the way the organization uses technology. This position is on-site only.
