About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a growing team in Memphis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to problem solver and working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS & Microsoft Office
- Solid hardware troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of wired/wireless networking
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Light exposure to AS400 (training provided)
- Some light travel may be required
- Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (in-person, phone, email)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems (Windows 11 environment)
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
- Provide clear communication and timely issue resolution
