About The Position
We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Basic troubleshooting experience with computers, servers, and networks.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous IT help desk, technical support, or internship experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and account-related issues.
- Support iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Create, update, and manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when assisting employees.
