This position plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technical support across the organization. In this role, you’ll handle a wide variety of day-to-day IT tasks—from supporting end-users and deploying devices to managing onboarding/offboarding and assisting with Microsoft 365 administration. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in IT support or a related technical field (internships and relevant coursework considered)
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to domain-based or cloud-based user environments preferred.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi and wired connectivity preferred
  • Experience using a ticketing system preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive frontline technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving common authentication, printing, email, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Prepare, deploy, and maintain end-user devices, including software installation, data transfers, and support for hardware refresh cycles.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, managing user access, equipment preparation and recovery, and completing all checklist-driven tasks.
  • Perform routine Microsoft 365 administration, including licenses, access changes, distribution lists, and basic application support.
  • Support operational maintenance workflows, including reviewing system alerts, and assisting with patching.
  • Provide network, asset, and vendor support, including basic connectivity troubleshooting, equipment installations, asset tracking, and coordination of vendor activities.
