The IT Support Specialist is responsible for IT support for the Regional Office including but not limited to jobsites in several locations. This role involves providing day-to-day support for desktop/laptop computers, cellular devices, telephones, and local networks. The specialist will utilize a trouble-ticketing system to document work and communicate with clients, and will work with all levels of end-users. Responsibilities include implementation, configuration, coordination, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and development of specialized systems and operational procedures. A key aspect of the role is project management for new jobsite setups, which includes assessing IT support needs, ordering and implementing circuits, ordering and delivering equipment, and providing ongoing support.
