This position will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, which will include handling daily support requests, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining PCs and associated software, hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals, and assisting with larger IT projects. The individual in this position must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reports to Director, IT.
