We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a support-focused help desk role. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently to get things done. As part of our help desk team, you’ll be the first line of support for end users—resolving tickets, maintaining documentation, and assisting with IT projects. You’ll also work closely with our Network and System Administrators to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
