Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments that keep us ahead of the curve. Create helpful documentation and knowledge base articles to empower users. Requirements

1–3 years in IT support or a related role.
Associate degree, specialized certification, or equivalent training.
Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Networking, and Microsoft Cloud (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Power Automate).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
