About The Position
Clinton site got unexpected more projects and demand for IT engagement has increased. The manufacturing site is also having workload and capacity issues related to ticket count and they need a Support Technician to assist. They will work with a small team of 2 people supporting around 500 users and 200 devices. Need Sr. level Tech with strong HW and SW troubleshooting skills and will be responsible for closing tickets and handling End User Support tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Support role in a complex environment
- Preferably within a manufacturing environment with more than 250 users and multiple systems and processes
- Proven education in IT, min. associate or Bachelor with some IT certifications
- Self-starter, self-motivated troubleshooter, person who want to learn and grow
- Great people / user support skills
- Strong HW and SW troubleshooting skills
- Technical knowledge with W10, W11, setting up printers, troubleshooting devices, MS office and Teams is helpful
