Requirements

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for escalated hardware, software, desktop, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents independently, performing root cause analysis and driving issues through to resolution.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support staff, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including email, collaboration tools, file storage, licensing, and user account management.
  • Manage user accounts, access requests, authentication issues, permissions, and identity-related support tasks.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, user profiles, group memberships, and operating system issues.
  • Support endpoint lifecycle management, including device provisioning, deployment, configuration, software installation, compliance, and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware and software while adhering to security and operational standards.
  • Coordinate incident communications and provide timely updates to stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with IT teams across multiple functions to resolve technical issues and maintain consistent service delivery.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues and enhance support processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
  • Support enterprise endpoint management, identity and access management, and device security initiatives.
  • Assist with technology projects, process improvements, and service enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting users in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, identity and access management, endpoint management, and device deployment.
  • Experience using IT service management (ITSM) platforms and working within structured service delivery environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and project participation.
