About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers, ensuring maximum uptime and security
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating and modifying user profiles and access levels
  • Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software and assist with procurement as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
  • Train employees on new software and technology as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure
