ASSYST is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide advanced desktop and technology support in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing OS imaging and deployments and providing remote support to end users. This role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise desktop environments, Active Directory, VPN support, mobile device management and helpdesk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. The candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented and capable of supporting both onsite and remote employees in a fast-paced environment.
