About The Position

The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for multi-site locations. This role ensures reliable system performance, timely issue resolution, and effective user support to maintain operational continuity across the organization. This person will work in collaboration with the managed service provider to ensure systems and related procedures adhere to company values and provide top-tier customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Two or more years of IT support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
