About The Position

As our IT Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the Technology Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional on-site IT support and ensuring our meeting spaces and collaboration environments operate flawlessly. This is a highly visible, in-office role responsible for: Supporting day-to-day technical needs of employees in our Atlanta office Owning enterprise conference room and A/V environments Providing white glove / executive-level support Partnering with Workplace and Operations teams to enhance the in-office technology experience Supporting workplace management systems (i.e. Eden) This Atlanta, GA-based position is full-time in the office (5 days a week). Occasional early arrival or late departure may be necessary to support meetings and events. The role also requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting equipment, moving boxes, and working at floor level to install and maintain hardware.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting internal employees in a high-volume IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, printers, docking stations, and end-user devices.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf) and endpoint security tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of network principles (e.g. WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, etc)
  • Direct experience supporting and troubleshooting conference room A/V systems
  • Ensure executive meetings, board meetings, and company-wide events run seamlessly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and standardization of meeting room technology.
  • Troubleshoot displays, conferencing hardware, microphones, cameras, and room control systems.
  • Partner with vendors when needed for escalations or installations.
  • Continuously improve meeting room reliability and user experience.
  • Experience providing high-touch, priority support to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable providing real-time meeting support and rapid issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset — anticipating needs before they become issues.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience administering or supporting workplace management platforms (e.g., Eden).
