As our IT Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the Technology Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional on-site IT support and ensuring our meeting spaces and collaboration environments operate flawlessly. This is a highly visible, in-office role responsible for: Supporting day-to-day technical needs of employees in our Atlanta office Owning enterprise conference room and A/V environments Providing white glove / executive-level support Partnering with Workplace and Operations teams to enhance the in-office technology experience Supporting workplace management systems (i.e. Eden) This Atlanta, GA-based position is full-time in the office (5 days a week). Occasional early arrival or late departure may be necessary to support meetings and events. The role also requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting equipment, moving boxes, and working at floor level to install and maintain hardware.
