Visit www.palcofirst.com to explore opportunities. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and desktop support to remote Palco employees across the US. This position is a hybrid role, requiring up to 3 days per week in our office in Maumelle, AR.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and related software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Entra ID and using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to perform tasks such as managing users and groups, license assignments, password resets, and monitoring service health.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Help Desk, providing front-line technical assistance to users via phone, email, or Teams
  • Utilize Jira tickets to receive, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Communicate instructions and troubleshooting steps clearly and promptly
  • Work with vendors on computer warranty repair claims
  • Order, prepare, and ship equipment to new employees
  • Research and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with other departments
  • Stay current with software updates, system changes, and support procedures
  • Develop and update technical training materials as needed
  • Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees
