About The Position

The IT Support Manager is responsible for working our Managed Service Providers in overseeing the organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role involves managing IT MSPs, coordinating projects, and implementing systems that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software.
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Epicor Eclipse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with MSPs to develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Supports MSPs in the maintenance and security of networks, servers, and systems.
  • Plan and execute IT projects within budget and timelines.
  • Installing and troubleshooting PCs, peripherals, printers, and other operational hardware.
  • Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align technology with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Primary support of non-ERP and connecting applications
  • Backup support for ERP and connecting applications
  • Device Management and Tracking
  • New location setup and integration of locations through M&A
