About The Position

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our day-to-day IT support operations globally. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Support Analysts, own the help desk function, and ensure our employees have a reliable, secure, and efficient technology experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. You will be the primary escalation point for complex, user-impacting issues and will be responsible for designing and improving processes, documentation, and tooling that enable our IT support function to scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT support or IT operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Expert or strong background owning and administrating:
  • Microsoft 365 (preferably GCC High)
  • IAM (Entra ID / hybrid Active Directory, SSO Technologies)
  • Intune and MDM platforms
  • Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Exchange Online (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, groups, aliases)
  • SharePoint Online & OneDrive permissions and sharing controls
  • Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment
  • IT Ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.)
  • Enterprise SaaS (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian, etc.)
  • DNS, DHCP, Basic network configurations
  • Engineering applications and infrastructure (Teamcenter, Solidworks, LM Tools)
  • Proven ability to manage support teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
