We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our day-to-day IT support operations globally. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Support Analysts, own the help desk function, and ensure our employees have a reliable, secure, and efficient technology experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. You will be the primary escalation point for complex, user-impacting issues and will be responsible for designing and improving processes, documentation, and tooling that enable our IT support function to scale.
