Job Title IT Support-Manager About your role: The IT Support Manager will be joining our Financial Institutions Group, where they will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT services for our digital apps and card services teams. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our systems. You will be working on SQL and Oracle database administration, in Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.

  • Manage and maintain SQL and Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Coordinate patching, code deployments, work support troubleshooting tickets, run Oracle SQL queries
  • Oversee the administration and support of Microsoft Windows systems
  • Implement and monitor IT service management processes to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Utilize DynaTrace and Splunk for performance monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT services and processes
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT services
  • 5+ years working in a Linux environment
  • 5+ years of experience in network protocols and troubleshooting
  • 4+ years of experience with scripting tools (bash, json, yaml)
  • 4+ years of Java troubleshooting and support
  • TLS Certificate knowledge
  • Oracle SQL knowledge
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Linux System Administration experience
  • Application Support experience
  • Dynatrace and Splunk monitoring
