About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to assist our technology team with day-to-day technical support tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and maintaining IT systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong interest in technology, and enjoys solving problems. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and GitHub
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees (in-person, email, or ticketing system)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other devices
  • Help manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures
  • Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment
  • Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements
