IT Support Engineer

Healthie•New York, NY
•$95,000 - $110,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Healthie is hiring its first IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT team. This hands-on, hybrid role is based out of the NYC office and serves as the on-site IT presence, keeping employees productive and infrastructure running smoothly. The role is roughly 60% engineering work and 40% ticket-based support. Engineering work includes automation, identity and access management, endpoint fleet management, and security and compliance tooling. Support work includes serving as the first point of contact for company-wide IT questions and issues. The IT Support Engineer works closely with the Director of IT and helps build repeatable, scalable IT processes as Healthie grows. Work includes provisioning and shipping MacBooks, resolving login and office equipment issues, updating Mosyle configuration profiles, configuring SSO for tools, creating automation scripts, troubleshooting Zoom Rooms, coordinating network updates, investigating phishing reports, and supporting Security & Compliance during audits, including HITRUST evidence requests and device-enrollment verification. The role has access to systems used by Healthie employees and data entrusted to the company by customers and their clients, so strict adherence to access rules and security expectations is essential. The position is suited to someone curious, driven to keep learning, interested in technology and healthcare, clear in communication, and creative in problem-solving. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in internal IT or IT support, ideally at a technology or healthcare company. U.S. work authorization is required; Healthie does not provide sponsorship. The position requires training and conformance to security and compliance expectations because Healthie is subject to HIPAA and other security and privacy frameworks.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and the ability to prioritize, communicate, and close issues with a user-first mindset.

  • Comfort working in a physical office environment and troubleshooting AV, network, and facilities technology on-site.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, ownership, collaboration, and trustworthiness.
  • Commitment to Healthie's values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience.
