About the position
Verana Health is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. The analyst will be responsible for overseeing all activities of the IT department and providing support to Verana's offices, remote employees, and contractors. They will work closely with Security, DevOps, and Facilities Management and report to the Director of IT and Security. The role involves daily IT operations, hands-on support, aligning IT infrastructure with business goals, vendor management, and technical support for employee devices and software. Additionally, the analyst will be involved in designing, configuring, and maintaining internally facing applications and managing office IT infrastructure and security.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily IT operations.
- Provide hands-on support as needed.
- Be physically present in the SF office 3+ days a week.
- Align IT infrastructure with current and future business goals.
- Considerations for assessing new and replacement hardware.
- Vendor management.
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to help design, configure, implement, maintain, and promote internally facing applications, including Google Workspaces, Okta, and Slack.
- Build and manage automation for employee lifecycle using Okta, MDM, Bettercloud, and Google Workspaces.
- Provide technical support for employee laptops, software, tools, and mobile devices.
- Design, support, and provide training for Zoom Rooms.
- Document technical processes, "How to" instructions, and system architectures.
- Setup and maintain office IT infrastructure and WAN/LAN network.
- Administration of the physical offices security and badging services.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in IT and customer service
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Experience administering a wide range of SaaS Applications including, but not limited to, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Experience in managing identity and access management tools such as Okta, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing Mac devices using device management software (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
