The IT Support coordinator is responsible for the overall overseeing and coordination of maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of the organization’s company-wide network infrastructure, cybersecurity and external threat initiatives, PC hardware and peripherals, and establishes IT governance and policies based on the parent company’s organizational strategy. Responsibilities are defined, but not limited to: Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices. Administer end-user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.). Provides technical support for a variety of complex applications and systems, including Production IT needs. Inventory and life-cycle management of IT assets throughout the organization. Can administer Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, MS365 solutions. Responsible for overall IT infrastructure (servers, network, PCs, peripherals). Provides monitoring and support of server and backup administration for localized and cloud-based resources. Ensures network connectivity throughout LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor system performance and implement performance turning. Works with internal and external entities (3rd party vendors) on technology projects and initiatives. Provides multi-tier IT support for IT users in cooperation with Corporate IT support personnel. Supports 75 -150 user environment across multi-sites (2). Oversee, maintain and support multi-site facilities in Wisconsin and Indiana. Reviews, evaluates, and makes recommendations of hardware and software configurations in support of both internal and event systems. Ensures proper access controls are in place for the protection of organization data. Actively monitors and establishes action for IT system vulnerabilities and cybersecurity requirements. Actively participates and assists in development, monitoring, and testing of organization’s disaster recovery plan. Creates and maintains IT documentation and IT Policies. Maintains working relationships with parent company, sister companies, and internal Management. Establishes role as the IT point of contact and resource for the parent company and related company entities to execute company-wide IT strategies and initiatives. Willingness to travel within the region: 25% Reports to parent company IT M&A Manager. Act as emergency site IT contact (24/7) in the event of critical IT situations affecting the main site (IN) and its business. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Management, to ensure the effective utilization of the organization’s resources and to ensure customer satisfaction.
