The IT Support Associate will be the primary point of contact for Renewance employees when they have a technical support issue. Providing excellent support and service on hardware, software and operating system issues is a point of pride for the right candidate. Your primary internal customer base is our Field Services team, who work across the country on renewable energy sites and often need support on hardware and software issues to meet client timelines. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in the employee onboarding and offboarding process through hardware and profile set up, asset tracking, and mobile device management.
