About The Position

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and performing maintenance tasks.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security.
• Train staff on new software and technology systems.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes.
