As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role provides first-level technical support across our clinics and corporate offices and is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-service mindset, and experience supporting Windows-based environments in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with help desk or remote support tools (Intune, ConnectWise, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry IT equipment up to 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or A+/similar certifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via help desk tickets, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (PCs, printers, scanners, phones)
  • Support Microsoft 365, Intune-managed devices, and approved business applications
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
  • Support basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT inventory
  • Assist with technology rollouts, clinic migrations, and IT-related projects
  • Provide support related to the organization’s EMR platform and system integrations
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policies
