In this role, you will join a forward-looking technology organization dedicated to delivering secure, modern, and resilient solutions for the City of Colorado Springs. You will lead the Application Support team responsible for the full lifecycle oversight of nearly 600 citywide applications. This includes driving a comprehensive application rationalization effort, ensuring platforms are optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders who rely on major enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Laserfiche, Milestone, DocuSign, and other critical platforms. A key part of your work will involve guiding the modernization of legacy custom applications and transitioning them to Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Through strong leadership, thoughtful planning, and partnership with departments across the City, you will help position the organization for long-term success with a streamlined, modern application portfolio.
