About The Position

This position is for Law School Students only. Training will be provided. The IT Student Worker will be responsible for greeting visitors to the IT Suite and providing them with information. They will also answer the IT Helpdesk phone and redirect calls as needed. Additionally, the role involves changing and maintaining WEPA printer supply levels throughout the building and assisting with classroom technology issues.

Requirements

• Must be a Law School Student.
• Ability to provide greetings and information to visitors.
• Skill in answering phone calls and redirecting them.
• Capability to manage printer supply levels.
• Assistance with classroom technology.

Responsibilities
