Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare related fields
3 Years experience in data analytics to include financial analysis and quantitative/ qualitative assessment in supply chain, healthcare or related industry
Strong Problem-Solving Skills
Analytical and Data-Driven Skills
Effective Communication Skills
Customer Service Oriented
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Understanding of sourcing and contracting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools

Nice To Haves

Healthcare IT and/or Analytics experience is Preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the RFP process for each strategic sourcing initiative within the assigned category and/or service line. (35%)
Assists with the monitoring of supplier performance through developing measuring tools and checking references. (15%)
Documents and communicates the identified vs. realized savings and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion. (15%)
Assist Program Director with the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap and contract calendar for assigned category. (15%)
Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to support repeatability, auditability, and quality. (10%)
Lead (or assist with) the development of negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category. (10%)
