The Role: The IT Senior Manager, Modern Workplace Engineering leads the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of TEAM’s enterprise workplace technology environment. Reporting to the Vice President of IT, this role executes enterprise IT strategy across Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, and enterprise communications to deliver a scalable, secure, and high-performing technology environment that enables workforce productivity.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience across infrastructure, modern workplace, and enterprise platforms
  • Proven experience leading or managing engineering teams
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, networking, and telephony
  • Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-site or multi-brand environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Defender, while driving the overall modern workplace experience.
  • Define and execute Azure infrastructure strategy and lead enterprise endpoint management, zero-touch device provisioning, and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Own network architecture and oversee delivery across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and VPN environments, while leading modernization of enterprise telephony and communications platforms.
  • Lead the technical execution of Unified Tenant conversion activities, including discovery, environment assessment, application and integration mapping, migration planning, identity and configuration alignment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Lead and develop engineering teams while driving technology transformation programs, platform standardization, operational governance, and performance across multi-brand environments.
