IT Specialist
About The Position
Stelle Athletica is a woman-led clothing brand focused on quality apparel for everyday movement, serving women and girls with dancewear, athletic wear, and classic staples for over a decade. Our mission is to empower women and girls to pursue their passions confidently through every stage of life by creating quality activewear that blends timeless designs with durable materials. We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to support our growing team across e-commerce, operations, and retail. This role will be responsible for daily IT support and building scalable systems for our fast-growing fashion brand. The IT Specialist will collaborate with teams in design, merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure they have the necessary tools and systems to operate efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience (startup or e-commerce experience preferred)
- Strong experience with macOS and SaaS tools
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and operate independently
- Strong communication skills — able to support both technical and non-technical teams
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a big plus
- Experience supporting warehouse or retail systems is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support across HQ, warehouse, and remote teams
- Set up and manage laptops, mobile devices, and accessories (Mac-first environment)
- Administer company tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and other SaaS platforms
- Support e-commerce operations (Shopify integrations, apps, and troubleshooting)
- Maintain office and warehouse network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, printers)
- Support fulfillment tech (POS systems, barcode scanners, inventory systems)
- Manage onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning, access control)
- Implement and maintain security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access policies)
- Document IT processes and create simple guides for internal teams
- Coordinate with external vendors, IT service providers, and SaaS partners
- Other duties as assigned
