About The Position

DuTrac Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join their team. This role involves overseeing special projects from start to finish, including research, proposals, testing, installation, and troubleshooting. The IT Specialist will also provide support for PCs, printers, and other hardware, as well as technical consultation for Windows OS and other applications. Key responsibilities include the administration and support of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams), and supporting various virtualized Windows application servers, including updating and patching them. Maintaining documentation for systems and applications is also a crucial part of the role.

Requirements

• A minimum of a two-year degree in IT.
• One to three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing special projects from start to finish, including necessary research, proposals to IT management, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform support on calls and emails involving PCs, printers, and other hardware.
• Provide technical support and consultation in the use of Windows OS and other programs and applications.
• Administration and support of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 with Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange and Teams.
• Support various virtualized Windows application servers.
• Update and patch servers and applications as needed.
• Review and maintain documentation for various systems and applications in the environment.
