Provides user support in the Information Technology Department. This role involves providing technical assistance to computer system users, answering questions, and resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location. The IT Specialist will assist with computer hardware and software issues, including printing, installation, Office365, Exchange, e-mail, and operating systems.
