About The Position

Provides user support in the Information Technology Department. This role involves serving as a site support technician for day-to-day IT issues in an assigned geographical area. The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance to computer system users, answering questions and resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location. Assistance will be provided for computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Office365, Exchange, e-mail, and operating systems. Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years old, or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a professional appearance.
  • Two years experience in IT service and technology.
  • Desktop/Laptop management
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Use of Help Desk Ticketing systems
  • Internet
  • Microsoft Office Products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preferred with Windows, MacOS and iOS, DNS, DHCP, Printers, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
