Provides user support in the Information Technology Department. This role involves serving as a site support technician for day-to-day IT issues in an assigned geographical area. The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance to computer system users, answering questions and resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location. Assistance will be provided for computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Office365, Exchange, e-mail, and operating systems.
