About The Position

IXOPAY is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience for its global employees. This role involves providing hands-on technical support for systems, applications, devices, and access. Responsibilities include managing requests via an internal service desk, supporting identity and access management, administering core SaaS platforms, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding. The specialist will collaborate with employees to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure access to necessary tools. Opportunities exist for automating tasks, enhancing documentation, and improving the overall employee technology experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical support role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, SaaS applications, connectivity, and user access issues.
  • Experience supporting identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS environments and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with ticketing or IT service management systems such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality, security, and access controls.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and provide responsive support in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering Okta, including SSO, MFA, application assignments, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, or other MDM/device management platforms.
  • Experience administering or supporting 1Password, Salesforce, AWS, or Atlassian products.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes within a global or distributed workforce.
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts such as least privilege, access reviews, device security, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience creating lightweight scripts, automations, Jira workflows, Slack workflows, or similar process improvements.
  • Experience supporting or administering enterprise AI tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and document IT support requests through Jira Service Management, Slack, and email.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, application, connectivity, and access issues across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Provide clear, responsive support to employees across different teams, locations, and levels of technical expertise.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and internal IT documentation.
  • Support identity and access management across Okta, including SSO, MFA enrollment and resets, application assignments, and account troubleshooting.
  • Administer access to systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Salesforce, AWS, 1Password, and other business applications.
  • Process access requests through established approval and provisioning workflows.
  • Support periodic access reviews and other security and compliance processes.
  • Manage IT activities associated with employee and contractor onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Provision and deprovision accounts, application access, and equipment.
  • Configure, deploy, and support laptops, peripherals, software, and other workplace technology.
  • Support device management across macOS and Windows environments using MDM technologies such as Microsoft Intune and Company Portal.
  • Coordinate equipment preparation, shipping, returns, procurement, and asset tracking.
  • Support and administer core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, Atlassian, and emerging AI tools.
  • Build lightweight scripts, integrations, and workflows to automate repetitive IT processes.
  • Identify recurring support issues and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to IT standards, runbooks, documentation, and operational best practices.
