About The Position
Automated Health Systems is seeking an IT Specialist to support technology infrastructure, system operations, and IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 3+ years of IT management or systems support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Manage and support system infrastructure and operations
- Coordinate IT activities and oversee technical support
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal and external technology teams
- Support installation and maintenance of systems and software
- Ensure secure transmission and management of data
- Prepare reports on system performance
- Assist with technology improvements and IT projects
