The Mid-Level IT Specialist provides end user support, guidance, deployment, and ongoing assistance for enterprise software licenses that meet business, operational, and/or technical requirements. This role involves supporting end users with software deployment issues, prioritizing customer requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems, communicating with customers, collaborating with System Admins, identifying and resolving technical issues, documenting and tracking resolutions, simulating user problems, recommending system modifications, and briefing leadership.
