About The Position
Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Requirements
- 36 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 36 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 36 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
Responsibilities
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
- Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Provide instruction on newly released functionality
- Deliver presentations to line staff
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- Review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
