Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or relevant position.
  • Passionate about software & hardware and openness to learning.
  • Experience in a growing environment is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of general IT procedures.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and high attention to details.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of all IT assets.
  • Manage and implement hardware software upgrade and replacement.
  • Plan and execute computer, server, and EMR system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other applications.
  • Provide training and support to end users on EMR system.
  • General day-to-day remote/on-site support to end users at multiple locations.
  • Partner with external support vendors to deliver stable and prompt user support.
  • Support for Microsoft environments; Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, and others.
  • Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot network system; WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and security.
  • Remote access solution management and support.
  • Drive and execution of IT projects from planning through implementation, overseeing project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing files.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, contracts, performance tracking, and risk mitigation to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
