About The Position

LoanPro is transforming the lending landscape as a next-generation SaaS platform, delivering core lending infrastructure that empowers mid-market and large lenders to operate more efficiently, quickly, and effectively. Our cloud-native solution helps clients streamline operations, enhance organization, and drive unparalleled performance in their lending processes. The IT Specialist is an IT Jedi on the Operations & Compliance Team, responsible for providing technical support to internal employees, acting as a technical liaison for the compliance team, and owning local IT Security for the Farmington Office. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, focusing on building relationships, trust, and credibility with colleagues. The ideal candidate will be a people builder as much as they are a systems expert, capable of mentoring, coaching, and advocating for system needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with Firewalls, switches, and networking (PFsense & Ubiquity Prefered)
  • Experience with O365 Suite
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management Software (Kandji & Scalefusion Prefered)
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 and MAC OS environments
  • You are independently driven, self-directed, resourceful, and always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver.
  • A natural affinity for the details of complicated systems and processes while remaining focused on the larger vision.
  • You have a technical background in software engineering or technical management experience with the ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels
  • You have the ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for customers and expertise in primary customer research techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with software applications as an advanced user or administrator
  • Proficient use of various analytic and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions, in-product content, customer interviews, and technical discussions
  • Competence in leading multiple projects end-to-end, setting up roadmaps for the team, and motivating the team toward executing on deliverables to achieve project goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Audio Visual equipment such as audio Mixers, Speakers, and Mics a plus.
  • Experience with AWS & MySQL is a plus
  • Experience with PCI, SOC I & SOC II, or ISO 27001 is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintains ownership of company assets and technical inventory
  • Provide end-user support by allocating, configuring, delivering, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and software
  • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding process
  • Assist with maintaining Operational Procedures for compliance in AWS
  • Provide technical insight for the compliance team
  • Own Vendor Management and perform vendor evaluation from a technical perspective
  • Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
  • Track and resolve incidents and requests through the ticketing tools
  • Perform Clean Desk audits, Mobile Configuration audits, and any other audits as needed.
  • Desktop/laptop technical support (Mac and PC) running on Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation, maintaining focus and attention to detail during troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks.
  • Proficiency in lifting and carrying moderately heavy equipment, such as computers, servers, and networking devices, for installation, maintenance, and relocation purposes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various physical environments, including cramped spaces or elevated areas, while setting up or repairing hardware components and ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product
  • Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners
  • Be ready to wear many hats, pitch in and remove roadblocks whenever needed. Embrace ambiguity and change. Create and implement processes and new ways of working where appropriate
  • Run exploratory analyses, uncover new areas of opportunity, create hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of an efficiency opportunity
  • Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned

  • An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.
